Wanda Eubanks

Wanda Eubanks, age 75, died Saturday August 27, 2016 at 6:05 p.m. at her residence in Murray, Kentucky.

Wanda was born August 31, 1940 in Paragould, Arkansas to the late Clyde Bryant and Ruth White Bryant. On May 8, 1958 in Hernando, Mississippi she was married to Gordon Eubanks; he survives of the home in Murray, Kentucky. Mrs. Eubanks was a member of First Baptist Church in Sikeston, Missouri and had co-owned and operated Eubanks-Finney in Sikeston until 1994. After retiring in 1994, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, travelling as well as time on the lake.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Nikki(Mike) Vaught of Sikeston, MO, Bruce Eubanks of Murray, KY and Shawn(Miriam) Eubanks of Leawood, KS; grandchildren Lauren(Cory) Goetz of Austin, TX, Ryan(Aly) Beaird of Hopatcong, NJ, Natalie Vaught of Sikeston, MO, Madison, Mallory, Todd and Ty Eubanks of Leawood, KS; great grandchildren, Larsyn and Knox Bryant Goetz of Austin, TX and Cruze Beaird of Hopatcong, NJ. She is also survived by two sisters and one brother-in-law, Betty Finney of Paragould, Arkansas and Jimmie and Roy Detraz of St. Louis, Missouri.

Visitation will be held at Ponder Funeral Home on Thursday, September 1 from 5-8 with a funeral service to be held on Friday, September 2, at Memorial Gardens Chapel in Murray, KY at 11.

The family has requested donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
