Mr. Steve Hicks, age 65, of North Miami, Florida died on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at the Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida.

Mr. Hicks was born in Murray, Kentucky on December 14, 1952. He was a retired pool contractor, was of the Baptist faith and a U.S. Airforce veteran.

Mr. Hicks was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hicks. He is survived by his mother, Peggie (Spiceland) Hicks of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Pamela Crews and husband Lyen of Versailles, Kentucky; one brother, Timothy Hicks and wife Debbie of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; nieces and nephews, Anthony Pernice and wife Emily of Versailles, Kentucky, Elizabeth Novielli and husband Paul Lexington, Kentucky, and Samantha Hicks and Cody Hicks both of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; as well as a great niece and nephew, Aubrey Pernice and Jackson Pernice both of Versailles, Kentucky.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
