Ruth Robinson

The funeral for Mrs. Ruth Evelyn McDonald Robinson will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Mrs. Robinson, 72, Murray, died Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at 5:15 p.m. at Spring Creek Health Care, Murray. She was a homemaker and of Church of Christ faith.
Preceding her in death were her husband, William Mac Robinson who died in February 2002; two sons, John Rogers and Marty Robinson; her parents, Rease McDonald and Mary Elizabeth Hosick McDonald; one brother, Benny McDonald. She was born December 31, 1937, in Smithland.
Survivors include one daughter, Murray; one son, Mike Rogers and wife, Kathy, Puryear, Tenn.; three sisters, Anna Lois Lemere and husband, Tom, Peotone, Ill., Marcie Mayo and husband, Ray, Clifton, Ill., and Janell Johnson and husband, Jim, Steger, Ill; two brothers, Cecil McDonald and Gerald McDonald, both of Saulk Village, Ill.; one granddaughter; several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; special caregivers and friends, Lisa Eckert and Sabrina Outland.
