MURRAY, Ky. - Mary Ruthell Childress, 64, of Murray died Thursday at Spring Creek Health Care.
Mrs. Childress was a homemaker and a member of Benton Church of Christ.
Surviving are two daughters, Sweeda Compton and Tina Curry, both of Benton; one son, Sammy Childress of Louisville; one sister, Norene Jones of Benton; and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Starks and Edith Walton Starks.
Services will be at noon Monday at Collier Funeral Home with Gary Knuckles officiating. Burial will be at Murray Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
