PURYEAR, Tenn. - Services for Lowell Willoughby, often called "J.R." or "Junior" Willoughby, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home in Murray, Ky. Ricky Cunningham and the Rev. George Culp will officiate, with burial in Murray Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Willoughby, 64, died at 1:45 p.m. Friday at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.
He was a salesman for Carpet World USA in Puryear and a member of Hardin Baptist Church in Hardin, Ky. He was a native of Calloway County, Ky.
Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Pam Willoughby; a daughter, Christina Burnette of Mansfield; a son, Corey O'Bryan of Puryear; two sisters, Sharon Warmack and Michelle Leslie, both of Murray; a brother, Nicky Willoughby of Houston; three grandchildren; and an uncle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lowell Clyde Willoughby and Juanita Moody Willoughby Hargis.
