Mr. Kenny R. Hale, age 66, of Dexter, Kentucky died at his home on Sunday, March 20, 2016 after an extended illness.
Mr. Hale was born in Murray, Kentucky on May 11, 1949 to the late Coy L. Hale and Virginia E. Hale. Mr. Hale was a retired Masonry Construction operator engineer. He was an Army veteran and was a member of the Northside Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents Mr. Hale was preceded in death by three brothers, Dwane Hale, Dwight Hale and Ted Hale.
Mr. Hale is survived by his wife, Bonita (Jones) Hale of Dexter, Kentucky, to whom he married on November 23, 1974; one daughter, Kelly A. Wilson and husband Brad of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Genny Hargis and husband Ronald and Zetta Young and husband Randy all of Murray, Kentucky; one brother, Garry Hale and wife Elaine of Kirksey, Kentucky; as well as two grandchildren, Carter and Chandler Wilson both of Murray, Kentucky.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Robert McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
