Johnny Underwood

Mr. Johnny Underwood, age 67, of Hazel, Kentucky died on Monday, December 11, 2017 at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Underwood was born on June 18, 1950 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Charlie Brooks Underwood and Eupal (Erwin) Underwood. Mr. Underwood retired from Saputo Foods and was a member of the Masons Chapel United Methodist Church.
Mr. Underwood is survived by his wife, Jan Underwood of Hazel, Kentucky; two daughters, Amanda Pitman and husband Aaron of Murray, Kentucky and Katie Glosson and husband Tyler of Guthrie, Kentucky; one son, Brooks Underwood and wife Mandy of Murray, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Brooklyn Underwood, Kamden Underwood and Ada Pitman of all Murray, Kentucky; and soon to be grandson, John Connor Glosson of Guthrie, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. April Arnold and Bro. Alan Trull officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
