Joe Campbell

Mr. Joe Campbell, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky, died Thursday, July 21, 2016 at his home.
Mr. Campbell was born April 6, 1939 in Kennett, Missouri, to the late Lon Campbell, and Lena Elliott Campbell. Mr. Campbell owned and operated a grocery store, and was manager of Big John's in Murray. He was a member of the Nazarene Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Wilburn, Wes, Les, Koy, and Glenn Campbell.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Campbell of Murray, Kentucky, they married July 18, 1958 in Kennett, Missouri; three sons, Joe Campbell Jr. and wife Brenda of Pineville, Missouri, Tim Campbell and wife Janet of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Trent Campbell and wife Jackie of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Rebecca Brewer and husband Josh of Bentonville, Arkansas, Lucas Campbell and wife Krista of Mayfield, Kentucky, Zachary Campbell of Hickory, Kentucky, Julia Campbell of Clarksville, Tennessee, Timmy Campbell of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Hannah Campbell of Clarksville, Tennessee; two great grandchildren, Jayden Brewer and Hunter Brewer both of Bentonville, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m., at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Bro. Mike Wilford will officiate; a burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 6-8 p.m., at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
