Mr. Jerry Wayne Thorn, age 74 of Benton, KY died on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at Lake Way Nursing & Rehabilitation in Benton, KY.
Born Tuesday, March 21, 1944 in Marshall County, KY, he was the son of the late Carlie Thorn and the late Grace Mildred (Lee) Thorn.
Surviving are sons, Michael Wayne Thorn of Calvert City, KY and Terry Thorn of Aurora, KY, daughter, Teresa Thorn of Aurora, KY, brother, Bobby Thorn of Hardin, KY, sisters, Janice McGregor of Olive Branch, MS and Mary Keats of Dover, TN.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Mary (Schwochert) Thorn, son, Carl Phillip Thorn, brothers, Edwin "Dub" Thorn, Billy Joe Thorn and William E. Thorn, and sister, Nell Collins.
A Private Family Service will be held in the Murray Memorial Gardens, Murray, KY.
Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY is handling all arrangements.
