Mrs. Jane M. Blair
The funeral for Mrs. Jane M. Blair will be Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Leo Catholic Church. Fr. Mike Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be at the Blalock-Coleman and York Funeral Home Sunday from 6-8 p.m. Prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Mrs. Jane M. Blair, 77, Farmington, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at 5:10 a.m. at the Arbor Place, Clinton.
A member of St. Leo Catholic Church and the Legion of Mary, she was born Oct. 16, 1930.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucas Alcus and Trudie Mae Foster Brown. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Tommy Blair; three brothers, Paul James, Ludie Arthar, and Cecil Alcus Brown; one grandson, Charles Alexander Elkins.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynn Elkins and husband Charles Ray, Farmington, and Janet McKinney and husband Wayne, Eddyville; two sisters, Mary Frances Cardinal and Annie Mae King, both of Vincennes, Ind.; three grandchildren, Tommy Dowdy, John Latham and Joseph Melton Latham; one step grandson, Jimmy Ray Elkins and wife, Tammy; five great-grandchildren, Ashley Nicole and Brandon Thomas Dowdy, Kayla Eserill, and Erica and Zachary John Latham.
