Graveside services for James Allen Johnson "Catfish", 49, of Ledbetter will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Murray Memorial Gardens. He died at 6:00 a.m. Thursday at his home.
Mr. Jihnson was a U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Nunley Johnson; his father Joe Pat Johnson of Hemet, Calif.; his mother, Wanda Louise Thompson Peay of Nashville, Tenn.; one son, Drew Allen Ivey of Missouri; one stepson, Steve Kidd of Ledbetter; one daughter, Jada Moore of Almo; one stepdaughter, Amanda McElroy of Ledbetter; one brother,Charles Johnson of Hemet; one sister, Anna Kimbro of Murray; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one stepson, John McElroy; and one daughter, Christine Nicole Johnson Ivey.
Friends may call from 5 to 8p.m. Sunday at Colliar Funeral Home of Benton.
