Hazel Cunningham

MURRAY, Ky. - Hazel Cunningham, 84, of Murray died at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital. She was a homemaker and member of Martin's Chapel United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, W.A. Cunningham; two daughters, Brenda Nix and Vickie Herndon; three sons, Larry Cunningham, Randy Cunningham and Ricky Cunningham, all of Murray; one sister, Jean Lee of Murray; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother. Her parents were W.E. and Reba Hopkins Parrish. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. The Rev. Eugene Burkeen and Rev. Glenn Hill will officiate, with entombment in Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
