Glenn Hargrove

Glenn Hargrove, 69, of Grand Rapids, Michigan returned to his heavenly home on Friday, July 6, 2018. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace.
Glenn was born on July 16, 1948 in Murray, Kentucky. He attended Murray State University and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. His first love was the Ministry and he was active in church from childhood until his death. He served as a member of the Executive Board of the Baptist State Convention of Michigan and as Evangelism Director for Woodland Association in Grand Rapids. He was serving as Pastor of The Body of Christ Mission when he was called Home. He was also a senior advisor for Grand River Financial Group, where he loved his clients and did his very best to help them retire in comfort and happiness.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father, George E. Hargrove. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen M. Hargrove of Grand Rapids, Michigan and his mother, Dorothy Hargrove of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Also surviving are his daughters, Tanya Hargrove and Cortney Hargrove (fiancé Jeronimo Castanon), grandsons Cody and Jonathon Hargrove and Landyn Brechbill, his sisters Annette Hargrove Rowan and Pamela Hargrove Lengerich and his brother Keith Hargrove.
Graveside services will be held on September 15, 2018 at 11:00 at Murray Memorial Gardens.
