Euel Kimbro

Mr. Euel Lee Kimbro, age 87, of Murray, Kentucky died on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Kimbro was born in Hamlin, Kentucky on December 18, 1928 to the late Charlie Edmond Kimbro and Cora Elizabeth (Thompson) Kimbro. Mr. Kimbro retired from Murray State University in the upholstery department and prior to his retirement he was employed at Tappan Manufacturing for 32 years and was the owner and operator of Wayside Upholstery Shop. He was a member of the Northside Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents Mr. Kimbro was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Marie Kimbro; two sisters; three brothers; one granddaughter, Crystal Kimbro Winchester; one great grandson, Zakari Winchester; and one great granddaughter, Avery Patrick.
Mr. Kimbro is survived by one daughter, Kathy Gail Herndon and husband Wade of Murray, Kentucky; one Ronnie Lee Kimbro and wife Patty of Murray, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Jeremy Herndon, Missy Patrick, Sherry Kimbro and Amanda Kimbro; six great grandchildren, Harleigh Merrell, Dalton Winchester, Ashlynn Suiter, Kayden Patrick, Derek Herndon and Jacob Deresendes; three great-great grandchildren, Trinity Merrell, Joshua Merrell and Brantley Winchester; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Bro. Brett Miles and Rev. Kerry Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
