Declan Buchanan

Declan Grey Buchanan, age 4 months, of Murray, Kentucky died on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Declan was born in Murray, Kentucky on June 13, 2017.
Declan is preceded in death by his maternal great - grandparents, Columbus and Dee Bogard Waldrup and Houston and Flossie Works; paternal great - grandparents, James and Margaret Buchanan.
Declan is survived by his mother, Jerrica Ann Fluty; his father, Joshua Edward Buchanan; two brothers, Connor Edward Buchanan and Callum Rhys Buchanan; maternal grandmother, Denna Waldrup Scott; maternal grandfather, Jerry Fluty, Jr. and wife Jana; paternal grandmother, Robin Buchanan; paternal grandfather, Jim Davidson and wife Diann; maternal great - grandparents, Jerry Fluty, Sr. and Kaye Fluty; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
