Clara Goff

Mrs. Clara Bertie Goff, 73, Murray, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2010, at 6:29 a.m. at Western Baptist Hospital, Paducah. She was retired from Continental Can Co., Chicago, Ill.
She was married Feb. 21,1959, to Cecil B. Goff who died May 23, 1996. Born Sept. 6, 1936, in Sandersville, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Herbert Loper and Gertie Dooley Loper. Also preceding her in death were three sisters and five brothers.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Goff-Glascock and husband, Trent, Murray. and Mary Young, Hardin; one brother, Frank Loper; six grandchildren, Amanda Perkins, Elaine Michalck, Crystal Dickinson, Cheri Burleson, Brian Storey and Casey Tubbs; two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home after 9 a.m. Thursday. Online condolences may be made at www.yorkfuneralhome.com.
