Christine Dotson

Mrs. Christine "Chris" Dotson, age 80 of Starkville, MS died on Monday, September 7, 2015 at the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS. Born Thursday, December 6, 1934 in Thacker, WV, she was a homemaker and member of the Benton Church of the Nazarene

Surviving are her son, David Dotson, wife Christine of New Orleans, LA, daughter Karen Mock, husband Paul of Starkville, MS; brother, John Stacy of Columbia, GA, sisters, Florence Jackson of Benton, KY and Carol Stacy of Burwin, IL; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Dotson, 4 sisters, and 1 brother. Her parents were the late John and Oma (Smith) Stacy.

A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Wilford and Rev. David O'Neal officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY.
