FARMINGTON, Ky. - A funeral Mass for Charles Ray Elkins, 67, of Farmington will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Leo Catholic Church with Father Jason McClure officiating. Burial will be at Murray Memorial Gardens. Mr. Elkins died at 4:50 p.m. Friday at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. Mr. Elkins was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church. He was a retired carpet layer for Enix Interiors. Survivors include his wife, Lynn Blair Elkins; one son, Jimmy Ray Elkins of Murray; one stepson, Tommy Dowdy of Farmington; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leland Elkins and Jessie Lucille Gupton Elkins. Friends may call from 5 until 9 p.m. Tuesday at Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home in Murray with prayers at 8.
