Callie Knott

Mrs. Callie Futrell Knott was born to Baryney and Opha Futrell on Tuesday, September 12, 1939 in Trigg County, Kentucky. She passed away at her home in Almo, Kentucky on Tuesday, the 27th of October, 2015. She was 76 years old.

Mrs. Knott was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Knott, her mother and father, and three brothers: Vernon, Wavel, and Frank Futrell.

She is survived by: four children, Kenny Knott and wife Kim of Glasgow, Kentucky, Judy Williams and husband Louie of New Concord, Kentucky, Rick Knott and wife Noi of Cibolo, Texas, and Leon Knott and wife Fannie of Almo, Kentucky; two brothers, Lanis and wife Lavona Futrell of Murray and Glen and Peggy Futrell of Murray; and one sister, June Pritchett of Dexter, Kentucky; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 4:30 to 7:30 P.M. on Friday, the 30th of October, 2015 at Imes Funeral Home in downtown Murray. Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Saturday the 31st of October, 2015, also at Imes Funeral Home, with the Reverends Robert McKinney and Glen Cope officiating. A special friend of the family, Mr. Larry Willoughby, will serve as an honorary pallbearer.The Committal Service will be held in the Bell Memorial Chapel at Murray Memorial Gardens with burial following immediately afterward.
