Bonnie Parks

Services for Bonnie Parks, 86, are Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with the Revs. Jeremy Short and Billy Turner officiating. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. in Murray Memorial Gardens in Murray. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the funeral hours at the funeral home. Mrs. Parks died on Monday, March 8, 2010 at Caldwell Medical Center in Princeton. She was a homemaker and a member of Suwannee Furnace Baptist Church in Lyon County. Mrs. Parks is survived by one daughter Shirley Guess of Kuttawa; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton Parks; five sisters, Ruby Vickers, Margie Browning, Ruth Dotson, Dora Dotson and Delta Dotson; five brothers, Bill Howard, Guy, Rayburn "Buck" and Herman Dotson.
