Annie Pauline Poulson Grubbs
Annie Pauline Grubbs, 92, of Murray, died at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2009 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. A homemaker, she was a member of Glendale Road Church of Christ. She was born April 11, 1917, in Calloway County, the daughter of Jessie James and Ruby Lee Hutson Dick, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph E. Poulson; her second husband, Donnie B. Grubbs; one brother, Herbert Dick, and one sister, Laurine McClure. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Sexton of Murray, Shirley LaViolette and her husband, Jack, of Lupton Mich., and one granddaughter, Sherrie Sexton, of Murray. Grubbs funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Monday, July 13, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation has been set from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 12 at the funeral home in Murray.
